All those GPU - video schedule error codes had nothing to do with the graphics and someone suggested it was the USB 2.0 soundcard through a 3.0 port. I went through 4 GPUs, culminating with a brand new 2070 8gb and the crashing persisted. (actually i was able to try another 2.0 card, and the nature of the crashing changed dramatically, but still crashed) My endless crashing of over a year came to a close lst week when i stopped using my external USB sound card. Still keeping my fingers crossed but this has been about a week and I'm as happy as can be! So for those who are still trying, a suggestion: unplug usb devices one at a time and see if it works. ![]() Resolve works perfectly and has never crashed since i unplugged the usb cam. I had Zero hope that unplugging it would work. Read something somewhere that said something about usb sound input devices may conflict with Resolve. I worked for about a month with lots and lots of frustrations. ![]() I disconnect my HP usb cam/mic combo and NO MORE CRASHES. This seems a bit nuts but it worked like a gem! ![]()
